Home of the Beautiful Potipot Island and Lake Candelaria. Lake Candelaria is a facinating body of water just North of the Town, fully tidal it offers a large variety of Marine life and large areas of mangrove. Just North of Candelaria is the road to the old Acoe Mines, a defunct mining town with beautiful second growth forest that was replanted in the late 1800's.
